The Government of the Republic of Srpska held its 109th session today in Banja Luka chaired by the Prime Minister Radovan Višković.
During today's session, the Government passed the Decree on Amendments to the Decree on Official Police ID Card and the Police Badge.
The reason for passing the Decree on Amendments to the Decree on Official Police ID Card and the Police Badge is related to the fact that the application of the current Decree in practice has shown that it was necessary to amend the Decree in order to prevent misuse of the police ID card and the police badge by unauthorized persons.
The Decree prohibits unauthorized production, placing on the market, possession and use of a police badge, identification card or other insignia and prescribes misdemeanor sanctions for those that act contrary to the aforementioned provisions.
The Government adopted the Information on implementation of the project "Adaptation of existing and construction of new accommodation and therapeutic capacities in the Special Hospital for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation" Mlječanica", Kozarska Dubica.
With the aim of promoting and affirming the capacities of Republic of Srpska in the field of spa tourism, the Government instructed the Ministry of Finance to provide funds in the budget in the amount of BAM 5,000,000.00 for continuation of activities from the project "Adaptation of existing and construction of new accommodation and therapeutic facilities in Special Hospital for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation "Mlječanica", Kozarska Dubica ".
The mentioned project, which is of great importance for the Republic of Srpska in terms of promotion and affirmation of spa tourism, has an investment projection of around BAM 32 million and will be realized by 2025.
The Government of the Republika Srpska adopted the Information on the Draft Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Combating Drug Abuse between the Office for the Fight against Drug Abuse of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Commission for the Suppression of Narcotic Drugs Abuse of the Republic of Srpska.
The Government has agreed to sign the Agreement on Cooperation in the Fight against Narcotic Drug Abuse between these two offices of the Republic of Serbia and Republic of Srpska.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska passed a Decision on the number, structure and spatial distribution of secondary schools in the Republic of Srpska which establishes the number, structure and spatial distribution of secondary schools in the Republic of Srpska.
When adopting the network of secondary schools, the following criteria were taken into account: number and age of students graduating from primary school in a particular area, availability and equal conditions for education, area specificity, area development characteristics based on identified employment needs, communication, economy and rationality in the use of staff, funds and equipment, financial possibilities of the founders and the interest and needs of the local self-government unit and social partners.
