Continuing consultations with social partners with regard to formation of the new Government of Republic of
Srpska, Prime Minister Designate Radovan Višković spoke today in Banja Luka with delegation of the
Veterans' Organization of the Republic of Srpska and several organizations and
associations resulting from the Patriotic War.
During the meeting, Mr. Višković emphasized that constant improvement of the social position of veterans and all other groups and organizations related to the past war remained non disputable obligation and commitment
of the new Government of Republic of Srpska.
Prime Minister Designate Radovan Višković briefed the representatives
of BORS and other organizations about the program principles of the future
government, emphasizing that the Government, current and the future one saw this Organization as a partner to work together on further
improvement of their position.
During the meeting, representatives of BORS and other
organizations stemming from the past war presented certain open issues that this population was facing and expressed the expectation that they would solve all those issues in partnership with
the future government.
In addition to BORS, representatives of the following
organizations and associations also participated in the consultations: the
Organization of Officers of the Army of the Republic of Srpska, Organization of Veterans, the Association of Amputees, the Republic Organization of
Families of Fallen and Captured and Missing Soldiers and Civilians, the Association of
Women Victims of War and the Union of Associations of Civilian Victims of War.
