Within a set of consultations with social partners regarding the formation of the new Government of Republic of Srpska, Prime Minister Designate Radovan Višković spoke in Banja Luka today with delegation of the Association of Pensioners, led by the president of the Association, Ratko Trifunović.
During the meeting, Mr. Višković said that the activities of the future Government will focus on ensuring fiscal and political
stability of Republic of Srpska and announced that special attention will be
paid to further improvement of the status of socially vulnerable groups of population.
Prime Minister Designate emphasized that regularity of payments, as well as constant increase of pensions, shall remain one of the imperatives in the work of
the future government.
Representatives of the Association of Pensioners
welcomed the announced increase in pensions in the coming year and thanked Prime Minister Višković for contributing to a significant improvement of the position of pensioners over the past four years and expressed expectation that it would continue in future as well.
