Prime Minister of Republic of Srpska Radovan Višković spoke today in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of France to Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Christine Toudic.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Višković welcomed the
announced opening of the office of the French Agency for Development in Bosnia
and Herzegovina and expressed expectation that it would give additional
incentive to intensification of economic cooperation between France and BiH.
The Prime Minister pointed out that there was significant
room for improvement of economic relations with France and presented numerous
benefits that the Government of Republic of Srpska, within the framework of all
strategic decisions, was offering to foreign investors.
Prime Minister also emphasized that
economic development was the key priority of the Government of Republic of Srpska and that it was necessary to make additional efforts
to strengthen business and economic ties.
Ambassador of France Christine Toudic underlined there was
significant space for intensifying economic cooperation, stating that
the announced opening of the French Agency for Development in Bosnia and
Herzegovina would give additional impetus to those efforts.
